Symetra's Loan Portal is a hit!

Symetra’s enhanced Loan Portal has been a big hit throughout our correspondent network. Since launching in April, over 900 loan inquiries have been submitted through the portal, accounting for more than 70% of the submissions in our system.

Our newest Loan Portal feature–online due diligence

Benefits of this new feature include:

• Streamlined loan submissions and processing–no need to log into another system.
• Clearly organized and accessible due diligence files throughout the closing process.
• 24/7 access to the Due Diligence Checklist to track item status.

Online due diligence will start for all loan applications entered on or after October 17th, 2016. Your Symetra Deal Team will share more details as new loans get started.
