BNY Mellon Variable Investment Fund has authorized the liquidation of the BNY Mellon Variable Investment Fund—Quality Bond Portfolio on or about April 30, 2020. This fund is available to Premier Accumulation Life variable universal life policy owners and customers who own or participate in Spinnaker, Spinnaker Choice, Spinnaker Plus, Spinnaker Advisor, Spinnaker Group, and Symetra Group variable annuities.

In preparation for the liquidation, on or about February 28, we mailed affected customers a notification and instructions for transferring their money from the liquidating fund. Sample copies of the customer notification letters and Prospectus Supplements can be found below.

Approximately thirty days prior to the liquidation, we will send a reminder notice to affected customers who have not taken action.
